Really?! A cease and desist letter?? But what would they want you to cease or desist? Linking to publicly available YouTube videos? I don't understand.
Good to hear QTip's lawyers read this though...
Well, the letter was actually sent to blogger who took the post down. I've seen the song on heaps of other sites today though. You'd think it'd make more sense to go at the source rather than someone who posts a link.
